Return & Refund Policy

At RnD Airomagic, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:

Due to the nature of our products, candles, reeds, sprays and Aroma Oil are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if your order arrives damaged, we will gladly replace or refund the item. To be eligible, you must submit photo or video of the damage along with your original proof of purchase. to customersupport@rndairomagic.com within 48 hours of delivery.


Inspection: Once we receive your returned items, they will be inspected to ensure they meet our return conditions. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the inspection results.
Refund Issuance: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 21 business days.
Please note that refunds will only be issued through the original mode of payment.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The return must be initiated and the item returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation, invoice, or receipt).
  • Discounted items can only be returned during offer validity.
  • Returns / Exchange as applicable as per the website Products/Services.

 Exchange

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or model, please contact our customer support team at customersupport@rndairomagic.com.

Our team will assist you in processing the exchange based on product availability and will provide further instructions to complete the process.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Before Shipment: Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for available options.
Custom or Personalized Orders: Orders that include customized or personalized items cannot be cancelled once placed.
Discounted or Promotional Orders: Orders placed during promotional offers or at a discounted rate cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Refund for Cancelled Orders: For eligible cancellations made before shipment, a refund will be processed within 7–21 business days to the original payment method.
Service-Based Orders: If your order includes a service, cancellation eligibility will depend on the type of service and its specific terms and conditions.
Modification of Orders: If you wish to modify your order instead of cancelling it, please contact our customer support before the order is processed for shipment.

 Shipping Policy

 The shipments are carried out by third party shipping agencies/courier. Upon receipt of your product, you may be asked to sign delivery receipt as a proof of delivery.

Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days. A shipping fee of AED 20 will apply to orders below AED 150, unless specified on the checkout page.

Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

 Warranty Terms & Conditions:

 Warranty Start Date: The warranty period begins from the date of the invoice.
RnD Airomagic Aroma Diffuser Machines: These products come with a 1-year repair warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

No warranty is provided for aroma oils.
Geographic Limitation: The warranty is valid only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Return-to-Base Warranty: All warranties are on a back-to-base basis. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty claims.
